REGISTRATION
Registrations will only be accepted with accommodation in the official hotel of the event, in the form of a full board, to ensure the convivial and relaxed atmosphere that the event requires.
The registration fees are individual and include registration at the event, 4 nights at the Gran Hotel Stella Maris Resort, located on the beach of Stella Maris, Salvador, conference materials, access to coffee breaks, opening cocktail and barbecue fraternization, and lodging with full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
NOTE: Due to the barbecue being scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, and after being free afternoon and evening, dinner for this day will not be included in the reservation. Those who wish to have a dinner at the hotel should purchase this extra meal directed in the hotel desk.
At the time of registration, Congressmen who opt for double room must suggest the name of another congressman to share same room. In the case of double apartments, please indicate whether it is a double or twin bed. If no suggestion is made, the guests will be allocated randomly. With this, it is suggested that the inscriptions be made simultaneously, to avoid inconveniences to the occupants of triple rooms. To provide the information of the congressmen who will share the hotel rooms, after registering, send a message with the names of the occupants of the rooms and their institutions to hotelbmos@gmail.com.

PAYMENT
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Paypal.
• Entries made until 04/15/2018: regular registration fees.
• Entries made after to 04/15/2018: regular registration fees plus 10%.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Registration may be canceled by written request UP TO 09/30/2018. There will be no refund of the amount paid. However, a substitute may be appointed at no additional cost to the previous enrollment under the same conditions.
REGISTRATION OF ACCOMPANYING
The companion registration will be made in the amount of 80% of the registration of the category "professor" for double room.
